Do you integrate with Cratejoy and Subbly, or do you require CSVs? +
Native integration with both. Cratejoy REST API and webhooks. Subbly native export. Also Shopify Subscriptions, Recharge, and Bold. CSV is a fallback, not the default.
What is your per-kit price at 1,500 boxes per month? +
Kit assembly at that volume lands in the $2.50 to $3.25 range depending on SKU count and insert complexity. Exact number within one business day once we see your BOM.
How do you handle tier variants and personalization? +
Separate pick paths per tier, color-coded bins, dual-scan before seal. Personalization fields pass through from Cratejoy or Subbly to the pick list natively. Inserts can print with per-subscriber custom fields at pack time.
Can you absorb a 3x surge month for holiday gift subscriptions? +
Yes, with notice. We book pack windows in advance for the calendar year and flex staffing up for known Q4 and Mother’s Day spikes. We do not flex on timing. Your ship window is protected.
Do you do branded inserts and custom printing? +
We do not print. We source from your preferred print partner or recommend one. Every insert is dated and tier-matched before kit assembly.
What does off-week storage cost? +
Components store at $22 per pallet per month. If your monthly cycle runs under 1,000 kits, we can bill shelf storage by the cubic foot instead. Either way, no minimums.
