Questions we get every week
Do you ever charge manual-handling fees? +
No. Sticker removal, standard poly bag, and basic FNSKU labeling are in the per-unit rate. If we did not quote it, we eat it.
What happens if my actual volume is lower than I projected? +
You stay at your volume tier rate. We do not claw back retroactive fees. We re-tier at the next month’s billing cycle based on actual.
Do you require a minimum monthly spend? +
No minimums. Ship us 10 units or 10,000.
What are your payment terms? +
Net 15 for new clients with ACH on file. Net 30 after 90 days of on-time payment.
Do you require a deposit? +
On co-pack project runs over $5,000 we take 50 percent deposit against materials. FBA prep and subscription box monthly billing does not require a deposit.
