Contract Packaging & Co-Packing

Contract packaging for the brands national co-packers will not take.

Low-MOQ food, snack, supplement, pet, and beverage (non-aseptic). Medford, Oregon. We pick up the phone. We will run 500 cases on day one and 50,000 cases by quarter four.

We take
500
case runs on day one
Most regional co-packers set their minimum at 5,000+. That gap is where CPG founders die.
The low-MOQ wedge

500-case minimums, not 5,000.

Most regional co-packers will not start a new brand under 5,000 cases. That is the single most-cited reason CPG founders die between $500K and $3M in revenue. We take 500-case runs on day one and scale with you. The price per unit gets better as you grow. The relationship stays the same.

Honest about our limits

What we will not take in year one.

Cannabis (OLCC licensing blocks a generalist model). Pharmaceutical (wrong regulatory stack). Firearms, ammunition, tobacco (compliance disproportionate to revenue). Aseptic beverage (capital-intensive line we have not committed to yet). Large-format aerosol.

If you have one of these, we will tell you and refer you. No bait and switch.

FAQ

Questions we get every week

What is your minimum run size? +
500 cases on day one for most shelf-stable food, snack, and supplement SKUs. We will grow with you to 50,000+ cases.
Do you supply materials or do I? +
Either. We pass through materials at published markup or we run your supplied materials. Scope is written before the run so nothing surprises you on the invoice.
Do you hold FDA Food Facility Registration? +
Yes, active. FSMA PCQI on staff. SQF Level 2 audit scheduled.
Do you do cold-fill or hot-fill beverages? +
Bottled, non-aseptic only. We do not run aseptic beverage lines. If you need aseptic, we will tell you who to call.
Are you SQF certified? +
Audit scheduled. In the interim, we operate to SQF Level 2 practices and maintain FSMA PCQI documentation that holds up in retail buyer audits.
Do you run organic and kosher lines? +
USDA Organic Handler registration in progress. OU Kosher certification planned once our first kosher anchor client signs.
Can you ship direct to Whole Foods DC or retailer DCs? +
Yes. We handle ASN, routing guide compliance, and pallet labeling per retailer spec.
