The prep and packaging shop Amazon sellers and subscription box operators actually stay with.
Medford, Oregon. No state sales tax on prep, supplies, or inventory passing through. Named account manager on day one. Photo documentation on every pallet. Published rate card. Zero exit fees.
If any of these sound familiar, you are the reason we exist.
Every one of these is a real complaint pulled from reviews of the national prep centers. We designed KL to reverse each one.
Two buyer tracks. One shop that picks up the phone.
Amazon FBA Prep
Private label, Brand Registry, reseller, Chinese seller via forwarder. Same-day receiving on OA. 2D barcode ready. Transparency T-code application at $0.15/unit with scan verification.
Subscription Box Fulfillment
Cratejoy, Subbly, Shopify Subscriptions, Recharge. Variable monthly BOMs. Per-kit pricing published. Surge capacity for the 72-hour pack window every month.
Contract Packaging

Oregon has no state sales tax. Here is what that actually saves you.
Oregon does not tax services, and it does not tax inventory sitting in a warehouse before it ships to a fulfillment center. That saves you on three line items: prep services themselves, inbound inventory passing through, and supplies bought here.
What we will not tell you: Oregon does not eliminate Amazon nexus. Once Amazon stores your inventory in a state, that state creates nexus under Wayfair. Any prep center telling you different is going to get you audited.
Trust is earned at the dock, not in the sales pitch.
Food facility registration active. FSMA PCQI trained. SQF Level 2 audit scheduled.
Warehouse Legal Liability raised above the $0.50/lb default. $2M/$4M GL. $5M umbrella.
Direct cell. Not a ticket queue. Responses within four business hours.
Every inbound pallet timestamped and photographed. Published monthly accuracy report.
What prep costs here.
No minimums. Volume tiers at 5K, 25K, 50K units per month. No manual-handling fees ever.
The owner is the one you call.
Trevor Lee runs this shop day to day. He built it from a single bay in Medford, Oregon into the prep partner Pacific Northwest brands use instead of national 3PLs. He is the one who picks up the phone when a shipment is late, and he is the one who signs the SLA.
